I have checked your JotForm http://www.jotform.us/form/80307402084144 and see that the PayPal configuration on the form is not complete. Please add the API keys from your PayPal account in the Payment wizard so that the form should be working fine.

allow me to integrate my PayPal on this form... also, it's not possible for
people to use a credit card either. Is there an integration for that?

If you don't have a PayPal Business Account, then you won't be able to integrate with PayPal Pro or PayPal Express. You will be limited to using the regular PayPal integration.

If it's imperative for you to give an option for PayPal and Credit Card payments, you need to setup a multiple payment form. This was discussed in great detail on the article linked below. For example, you can set up a form that offers both PayPal and Stripe (for credit cards).
