Problems with date picker in IE browsers

    Hey,

I noticed on your new single field forms that the data picker can act up - forcing the user to pick a date rather than typing it in. Saw the problem on internet explorer - fortunately it was an internal form for our office so I just told our employee to use firefox. I can't expect all clients to use firefox though!

I could not reproduce the problem. I am testing it on IE11 - Win10.

I can enter numbers in the date picker just fine. I can also use the calendar button.

When you enter the date, they are automatically formatted in the text field so there's no need to enter the delimiter. In addition, validations are performed as soon as you type the date. So if there's a mistake, e.g. you entered 35 in month, it is automatically stripped.

We always recommend using updated browsers but we also made it sure that every feature will work in older browsers ( most supported). If you are still experiencing the problem, please let us know what operating system (OS) and browser version you're using so we can further investigate.
