Which file upload filed allows to upload PDF file?

Hi some people that have been filling out my forms complain because they cant upload pdf files.

I have been using upload and different upload widgets.

Which one specifically allows pdf file uploads? (within my form)

I did check your form and found that you have added several "Image Upload Preview" and "File Upload" fields in form. Please note that "Image Upload Preview" widget will not allow you to upload PDF files but "File Upload" filed is configured correctly and you should be able to upload PDF file.

I did test your form and I was able to upload PDF file without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
