hi JotForm team if I use the Job request form and have it send to my team but we used support team database what give our a ticket number but if we use your form it will say in the email from address your email address would like to know if they a way to change who send it so we can get our client name

Apologies for the challenges you are facing. What I am getting is that you need to change the "from email" or what is also called "Sender Email" to your own email address. If you need to do this kindly follow the guide below on how to configure custom SMTP mail.
