    Hi - I've already upgraded to bronze but I still got a notification that my payments will be suspended - please check your records.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience that has caused to you. I am able to confirm your payment. I think a glitch occurred on your invoice. However, I fixed the issue and your account has been upgraded to the bronze - monthly plan.
