Why am I still getting charges if I already canceled the plan?

    I already canceled premium plan, and I'm still getting charges in my credit card.  Besides, it's charging double of price (instead of $ 9,99 is charging $ 20!!).

    I can't seem to find any records regarding the new charges. May we ask for the order reference number found on receipt so we can check it here if there really is?

    According to your records, your subscription was cancelled last September 12, 2012 and your account was downgraded to FREE last October 09, 2012.
