Previous Jotform submissions showing 0?

Good morning 

We have a variety of Jotforms we use in our organisation. One of our administration staff members contacted me today and said that historical forms were showing 0 submissions (admissions forms for the present and previous years). She believes the forms were populated about a week ago and have recently disappeared, is there any reason this may have happened?

Thank you very much for your help with this Adrian, I'd suspected this might be the issue.
