Please cancel my membership

    I want to cancel my membership immediately.   I did not receive any notification, and would like a refund of this months $39. Thank you.

    Please be noted that JotForm service is a subscription based service and the plan shall be renewed automatically. It is required to cancel the subscription manually. I notice that you have canceled the service after the renewal. However, I am forwarding a refund request to our manager. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement. You may also cancel the PayPal subscription for your JotForm account by following the steps provided in the guide below:
