I created an email alert on my "Solicitud de Crédito" form. I typed the email "email@example.com" on the recipient email, but I am not getting any. I am also checking my junk section, and still the messages are not arriving.

Can you please configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "firstname.lastname@example.org", respectively.
If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:
