My email alerts are not working

    I created an email alert on my "Solicitud de Crédito" form. I typed the email "" on the recipient email, but I am not getting any. I am also checking my junk section, and still the messages are not arriving.

    How can I fix this problem?

    Can you please configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "", respectively.

    If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:
