Hello and congrats on the new cards! It lives up to the announcement hype :)

I only ran into one problem so far: I can't get the slider or emoji slider to work with a mouse. They work fine on a touchscreen but clicking on the slider does not seem to do anything. Am I missing the obvious? I tried in Firefox and Chrome on Windows.

I am not sure which info I can provide to troubleshoot… I was able to make it work in Edge, that’s all. I have attached a video of the issue in Chrome. Every time you see the mouse pointer on the slider, I am trying to click and drag.

Just an idea here but… When you tried to replicate, were you using a device with a touchscreen? I wonder if the touch preempts the mouse when it is detected. I know… It’s a left field idea but I would have seen crazier.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I still have the same issue. I even tried removing / adding the sliders back and I still can't click on the control.

I am using Windows 10 version 1709 build 16299.192 on a ThinkPad T470 with touchscreen. Browsers are Chrome Version 64.0.3282.140 and Firefox 58.0.1.

    Thanks for your help.

I have cleared your forms cache.

Please clear your web browser cache, and then load the page again.

Hum... I may be a blockhead on that one but I tried clearing the cache in both Firefox and Chrome (in app and via CCleaner) and I still can't use the sliders... Anything else I could try?

The other probable explanation would be in your two browser your Javascript may not be enabled hence you are not able to perform slide functions.

Below is a guide on how you can enable Javascript on your browser

Kindly try the above for both Chrome and Mozilla and let us know if it resolves the issue.

Javascript was enabled in both browsers. I have also tried Firefox in safe mode to make sure it wasn't a conflict with an extension.

    No luck...
