Can I make a form where people have to acknowledge terms and conditions before paying via paypal. This is for a course registration, where we want to have a cancellation policy and make sure people read it.  Thanks so much.

You can add terms and conditions in your form using any of these widgets.

If you want the terms to be within the form, use this widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/short_scrollable_terms

Basically, by making these field required, your users can't submit the form and proceed to Paypal until they checked and agreed to the terms.
