Login recovering email comes in very late!

    Hi, I have been trying to recover my account, but I got the email so late that when I clicked on the link, it just said your time has expired, but I dit not see the email until an hour later, what is wrong with that? Why is it so?

    There is no account in JotForm associated with the email address felyprodutions@gmail.com.

    Are you using another email?

    Please try requesting a reset link email again if you are using another email.

     I tried signing up and it says that the account with that email already exist. Or Am I making a mistake?

    There is only a guest account with that email, but the system should allow you to sign up.

    I have deleted the guest account. Please try signing up again now.
