Hell! I got the"Form over quota" error on my registration web site. These were all testing submissions trying to make it work. I deleted all submission on my Jotform account but still get the error.  Is there a workaround?  I posted the URL of the web page.  Don

Please take note that for the free account, you can only receive one payment submissions per month. That is the reason why your account is over the limit.

I have cleared the 1 payment submission to your account and re-activated it. Please take note that we can only do this once. I suggest upgrading your account to increase the payment submissions monthly limit if you're trying to create an Order form

To test your Order form, please use this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/390-How-to-Test-your-PayPal-Payment-Form

Thanks, John. One more question to clarify. If I have 10 former Classmates that want to register for the reunion and elect PayPal or Credit Card to Pay, I can only process one of them? I am a bit confused by the term "one payment submission." Thanks again.

🔘 PAYMENT SUBMISSIONS (monthly): This is the number of submissions that have payment integrations on them. For example, you have a Paypal payment integration on your form, if a user fills out the form, submitted it and successfully completed the payment, then that would be counted as 1 payment submission.

🔘 SUBMISSIONS (monthly): This is the number of submissions you can receive on a monthly basis. The count covers the calendar date which means 1st day to last day of the month.

These and more were discussed in great detail on the article linked below.

I must have messed up again somehow.  Now I am getting a Form over quota error. I was not trying to create a new form but review some I had created previously.  What did I do wrong and how can I correct it.  Don

You have used your one payment submission limit again. That's the reason why you're over the limit.

Are you trying to sell a product or asking for a donation? If yes, I suggest upgrading your account to a higher plan that will suit your needs. To upgrade your account, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

I hope this information helps. Thank you.

If I just delete the Payment process in the form altogether so that I use another process apart from Jotform, does that change the status so that I can be reinstated. Someone else tested it before I could change it.  Thanks

Please note that deleting/disabling the payment field won't reduce your payment count. It should restart its counter every 1st of the month.
