I just signed up and sent out a survey. We have the basic/free level. If we receive more than 100 submissions to our survey will I still receive the feedback via my direct email just not in the analytics part of your website? Or will the survey shut down?

Once you reached or exceeded the limit, you will receive an email indicating you to upgrade to the next plan. If you opted not to upgrade your account, then your account will be suspended temporarily. If this happens, your forms will be disabled.
Please take note that the monthly reset happens every 1st day of the month. It means that your submission counter will reset back to 0.
