My form has suddenly stopped working

    I am unable to receive any email communication from jot form submissions suddenly, I have requested a password reminder to try and access my account &  cant recieve the email reminder, the form is Executel-on- hold

    my username is tonyhiggins1 please advise what the problem could be

    To complicate matters further my laptop has been stolen with all my web files so i have no way of republishing to this site

    Please help urgently

    Hi Tony,

    Your account tonyhiggins1 has been registered with the email address tonyhiggins@vodamail.co.za.

    Please use our Forgot Password option found below Jotform website.

    Your forms seems to be working fine when I access your website.

    I have used the Forgot Password option -Recieved the email sent response , but still have no email 2hrs ago

    I have filled in the submission form myself on the website aprox 3 hrs ago & still recieve no email notification, normally this would come thru within  a few seconds, its almost as if a server somewhere is not forwarding the communication to my address , how can i determine where the problem lies ?

    Hi Tony,

    I'm sorry to misunderstood your question. I thouht you have lost your account info and unable to login in Jotform site because as you could see, you have login or posting your query as guest account.

    Your form, http://www.myjotform.com/form/22485293862563 notification is doubled, the first one is set to email address, lanceonhold@iafrica.com and second notification is set to, tonyhiggins@vodamail.co.za

    We highly recommend to please merge this two notifications. Just follow this guide on how to Send Form Emails to Multiple Recipients

    i have separated the  recipient email fields so that recipient 1 cannot see that the email is sent to 2 adresses, please note im going to send you the last mail header form generated, i need you to understand that whilst the form appears to work  & has worked correctly on the website for some time this is in fact the last form i have recieved from your server to date, I have done submissions myself today to test and recieve nothing

    Hello there!

    Having the 2 notifications should not be an issue.

    However, I notice that the form from the URL mentioned above is under a guest account : 

    guest_12110056188

    e-mail: lanceonhold@iafrica.com

    Would you like to move it to your account?

    As per the notifications, It is quite strange indeed!  I have tested your form and have not seen a log added to our mail-log.

    I would suggest to please delete the notifications and create new notifications.  Also, it may be a good suggestion to embed your form using an iFrame in stead of a script.  Her eis a guide on how to find the iFrame code in order to do that.

    Please  let us know if this makes any difference

    Hi ive just checked my form submissions on the jotform server, there are 4 new test submissions , not one of them has come back to my email adress, tonyhiggins@vodamail.co.za, & only 1 submission email has been delivered to lanceonhold@iafrica.com

    Is it possible to ping both email addresses from your server to ascertain where the delivery is being held up

    Hello tonyhiggins1.  Have you checked your spam folder if ever the notifications landed there instead?

    Tony, please check your spam folders as my colleague Liyam has suggested above. If that does not work then please do the following...

    (1) Check to make sure that your Recipient Emails have been spelled and input properly. Refer to this guide - http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Receiving-Emails-on-Form-Submissions

    (2) If it is then please try changing your Sender Email to our Default Email which is NOREPLY@JOTFORM.COM

    (3) Lastly, if that doesn't work then please note that both these emails you have are under a custom email host so you may need to Whitelist JotForm's IP's to prevent your Email Provider from rejecting our emails if you haven't tried doing this already.

    Please also include both amazonses.comemail.amazonses.com in the whitelisting.

    Result: tonyhiggins@vodamail.co.za is NOT in the bounce list
    Result: lanceonhold@iafrica.com is NOT in the bounce list

    I explained in an earlier thread that yesterday my laptop with all my web designer files was stolen

    i have no way of uploading any form changes that u suggest, im sure you can see my predicament

    My recipient emails are all correct as i created this form aprox 6 weeks ago and have not made any changes since to the form i have recieved 34  submissions perfectly correctly up until now

    (The forgot password submission) which i used this morning has still not arrived at tonyhiggins@vodamail.co.za  even though your website displayed it has been sent succesfully, that was aprox 7 hrs ago,

    Wow Guess my form is happy this morning , its working !!!!! done nothing to it but it works!

    Is this form perhaps female ? ha ha !
