I am using a previously created form and seeing how it will look in Cards. I had a couple places on the form where I had a text box explaining options followed by a question. I also used conditional logic to display additional text boxes dependent upon the option selected.
How can I keep these items together in Cards? Does the conditional logic still work?

Show/hide conditions can be used with card forms, here is the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
But it's not possible to display the text side by side or in the same page with the fields, every element will be placed in a single page.
If you have more questions, let us know.

Thanks Kevin_G. While waiting for an response, I found someone else had the show/hide conditional logic question and found that it does not work when previewing a form.
I tried to give the same effect with a text box followed by a question box by typing everything in the question box. It looked awful. Would it be possible to pass along to the developers an option to manipulate the text in the quick elements? -

I have just tested your new layout form and it seems to be working as expected, for example, you have these conditions related to the transportation field:
Here's the result:
May you please let us know which conditions are not working on your form?
Regarding your second request, in order to assist you better I moved it to another thread, we will assist you as soon as possible here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1375043

My conditions are working fine. The first time I previewed it all of the cards were showing. I also realized others had the problem on the forum and it was fixed.
Thank you.
