Why is it saying -site not trusted when people fill out my form

whenever someone goes to submit my form, they get a message saying that the site wasnt trusted (encrypted to steal personal info) something along those lines.  Why would it say this? I am using jotform for a paid service and it looks as if Im not legitimate with the site saying this when they complete their questionnaire

I have fixed the issue by removing the letter "s" in the https://
