If i choose a plan with 10 Payments, what happens if the 11th person tries to submit a form? Will it still go through?

Once you reach the monthly payment submission limit, your forms will be disabled. An email will be sent to you telling you when they will be disabled. From there, your options are:
1. Either upgrade to a higher tier plan
2. Or wait for the 1st day of the next month for the counter to reset back to 0
