Unable to submit embedded card form

    This has happened once before - one of my JotForms, which is embedded in my website, will not submit (as in the 'submit' button doesn't work/activate)

    The form is embedded at https://www.crushbar.com/booking-request.html

    The standalone form URL is https://form.jotform.com/73115899684169 - and this form works perfectly.

    How did you embed your form?

    Embedded using your app in the Weebly platform.  I can change it however as it has worked fine for months, I can't imagine that being the issue.  Would be most helpful to read a response along the lines of "we tested it and see the same issue" or "we tested and it was fine, using x browser running y version"
