To achieve this, you have to clone your form first.

Afterwards, delete the PayPal payment field on the cloned copy (it will prompt you that your products will be deleted). Then, add your new/preferred payment gateway. The form builder will automatically re-add the products previously associated with PayPal.

Yes, that's doable too using the same principle as above for as long you are deleting a payment field that sells products, which will be replaced with  another payment field that sells products too.

Just delete the PayPal payment field on your form > then re-add your new payment gateway.

Well, that was easy....but decidedly not obvious that when you delete a payment field that all your products are not lost along with it. Thanks for your help.
