People using Safari not able to fill out my form

Two different people in the past week have had issues filling out my form using Safari. There are required fields, including a signature and it's giving them error messages. I downloaded Safari for Windows to see what they were talking about and found that even though questions were answered it was saying they weren't, and there was no way to sign in the signature box.  I had to un-require all the questions for those 2 people but can't leave it like that. I re-required the questions and am only guessing the issue is still there. Here is the link, any input would be appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting us.

I was able to submit your form using a Safari on Mac. The Safari for Windows (last version released in 2012) was discontinued by Apple, so this is not likely that users are using it on Windows.

If the form is embedded on your website, the issue could be related to some script conflict. The solution in that case is to use a form iFrame embedding code:

Thank you, it came through just fine. The form isn't embedded on my site, they are sent the same link I posted in order to fill out the form. I'm certain they aren't the first people to fill it out using Safari and I've had this form for many years, but for some reason the last 1.5 weeks there has been an issue. I wonder if my undoing the required ?'s and then redoing them made a difference. Either way, I'm happy to know it's working now. Thank you again.
