    Hello,

I've just recently added credit card payments to my jot form where customers can add their credit card details to their forms and pay online rather than me having to do it manually. However, I'm being told that now the credit card option is actually mandatory when people are trying to fill out their registration form.

Can you please let me know how I can make the Credit Card option 'optional' rather than mandatory in case a customer wants to send an etransfer or cheque?

You can setup multiple payment option so your customers will have option to choose which payment method they prefer (PayPal, Check, etc..). Please see this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form on how to.

Another this is if you want your users to submit the form and set the payment just optional, just make sure that you don't set the payment field as "Required".

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.
