Previous posts show that I can downgrade my account on the "Account Status" page. How do I get there? From I don't see that choice.

    On My Forms page scroll to the bottom. You will see an "Account settings" button.

    Your JotForm subscription is now canceled. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the 20th.
