New Layout: Ability to display a text element inline with a field on the same page.

I tried to give the same effect with a text box followed by a question box by typing everything in the question box. It looked awful. Would it be possible to pass along to the developers an option to manipulate the text in the quick elements?

Before to proceed escalating this to our second level support, I want to make sure that I understand your requirement, basically you would like to display some static text on the same page with  a field, is this correct?

So far with the new layout it's not possible to achieve, an alternative would be to use the configurable list widget, that allows some static text that will be displayed inline with an input field, you can also limit the number of rows to 1 and have the effect that it's a single element without allowing multiple entries.

    Find the widget here: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list

This guide will help you configuring the widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

    I hope this helps.

Yes, I want to be able to have more text than the question or be able to format the text differently.

What I am looking to have is text of options with a dropdown choice. See top of page two of this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/73445196301959. Already using three configurable list widgets in this form. It is too much text for the configurable list widget, and I still do not think I can get the text to look the way I want. In this same form, I gave a header using a text box followed by a dropdown question. In the Cards format (https://www.jotform.com/build/80364752401956), I had to make the header the question and description as the question. Not the desired look, but it is the only way I was able to get them on to the same card.
