I am setting rules to hide pages when a specific input is selected, but when it goes to another page and hits next it should go the last page asking for contact information, but instead goes to another page that should be hidden. Why is this happening? I am including screenshots of my logic and link to the form. Please let me know if you need anything else.Page URL:

I test your form and it so far I think the hide page conditions were working as intended.
Example: to Hide page #2 and #3 and redirect user immediately to page #4.

I may have misunderstood the issue. Please give us an example steps that we can follow to see the issue also.
We will wait for your updated response.

Thank you for your prompt response. You actually tested the 3rd option "Tarjetas de crédito" which is the only condition that actually works. Please test "Prestamos" and "Manejo De Deudas" and you will see what I mean.

I tested your form and was able to reproduce the problem. It seems that the hide page function doesn't seem to work.
So as a workaround I modified a copy of your form to use skip conditions instead. And it works.

Thank you for looking into this issue, would you know why the hide page function doesn't seem to work? Isn't that its purpose, to hide pages when something is selected?
Unfortunately the workaround you came up with doesn't work for us as it still prompts them to fill out other pages that aren't part of the option the user selected. If they selected "Prestamos" They should only fill out the page "Prestamos" and the last page for contact information. No pages in the middle, which is the initial issue with the "Hide" function not working.
Does it mean that the "hide" function is not working on any JotForm? This is the sole reason I am a paid customer and I am bringing my forms overs to JotForm, should I cease the process then?

OK, I have escalated this issue to Level 2 support. The developers will take a look into this issue and hopefully fix it. Note that this process can take some time. In any case we will post a response when ready.

Any word on this?? I am still paying for the forms, but I can't use them. I'm just trying to use one of the features that you already offer as a standard nothing too crazy.
Why is it so difficult :(

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have been testing this and I can see the issue happens when there are multiple hide page conditions related to the same field triggering them.
I will update the ticket and I will also ask for updates, we will keep you updated via this thread.

Any update on this?

I saw that my colleague reported this issue to our developers as a bug. However, this is not a bug. There is a conflict between your conditions and because of that, they are not working as expected. You should not hide the same page with multiple conditions because that will create conflict between conditions. Please combine your conditions for hiding the same page and set them like this.
Here is my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/80422284263957
Feel free to test it and clone it.
Hope this helps to solve the issue.
