Your website and my forms are down!

    Please fix this as soon as possible!  It is urgent that my forms be back up as soon as possible.  I have competitors trying to register for a local tournament and the deadline is TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT!

    I will not be staying with JotForm if it is not reliable and I will be requesting a refund!


    Not happy!

    Yes, it came back up by the time you checked into it. But your entire website was down at around 9 pm EST for approximately 15 to 30 minutes (can’t be sure...I was too busy fielding complaints about the page being down). I tried to login via your home page, but there was no response. And that wasn’t the first time this has happened. I hope your website and system is more stable and that you take customer complaints more seriously in the future.
