Would be most helpful to read a response along the lines of "we tested it and see the same issue" or "we tested and it was fine, using x browser running y version"

I could not reproduce the problem when I embedded a cloned version on my Weebly site. Tried it with different browsers, no problem.

May we know what embed code you're using? I used the Weebly embed code in the Publish wizard.
Then I used Embed Code element in the Weebly tools.
Could you please try this method?
If the problem persists, what's the website URL where you have embedded the form so we can test it on our browser?
