Hello, I would like to delete my account to create another with the same email. I'm having problems sending forms. How should I proceed?

Since we don't have such feature that you can delete your account on your end, we can delete it for you.
I'm having problems sending forms.
- What exactly you want to achieved? You want to transfer all your forms from your old account onto your new account?

So, I had some problems in my email because the server my site. Have you solved this, I am getting normally, but the forms are not coming. I wanted to delete my account and create another one with the same email to see if it solves the problem. Or do you have another solution?

Your email address is in our bounce list upon checking. Can you please whitelist JotMail's IP Address and do let us know if the said issue still persists or not.
