Published form shows previous user data

I tested my new registration form by submitting my own information. Now, when I load the form, it shows my choices and encrypted data in the form instead of a blank form.

That is a related with your browser's cache. The browser behaves like that in order to autofill the information you have provided earlier to save you time. Those information are available only on your computer and your browser. If you try your form with another computer or with another browser in the same computer those information won't be visible.
