    Hi.

    Having some trouble with a rule that refuses to work.

    this is the form http://form.jotform.co/form/22833111279854

    I'm counting on you being able to access the rules/conditional logic to see what I'm referring to.  The last rule I have set is to show a html area above the comments box when the option selected in the first question = "Model for the jam - Day & Evening"

    No matter how I set it it simply doesn't show the field at all.  To take a short cut can I ask if by chance this is due to the answer containing special characters?

    I will test this tomorrow if I haven't heard from you by then.

    Cheers,

    Danny.

    Hi there,

    I notice that you are currently using page breaks on your forms.

    I would suggest to used a different condition option in order to display the information when an option is picked by the user.  You can have the "next" button direct the user to a specific page of your form according to your conditions.

    Please apply this suggestion and let us know if that helped!

    This would not work as it would mean that by selecting this op[tion the user would miss all the questions in between.

    I suppose I would have to re-position the show item/s to be within the same page?

    Shame that.  Is it because of the page breaks then?

    @afaba

    Please try test this form, at least test the "Model for the jam - Day and Evening" option on page 2.

    Notice in the radio options label, I removed the ampersand sign(&) and uses "and" instead. as in "Model for the jam - Day and Evening" . This make the condition work.

    Please inform us if this will not work on your end.

    Thanks.
