Is there a way to hide or remove the "required field" asterisk in JotForm Cards? Thanks.

I'm afraid there's no way to remove the asterisks* on REQUIRED fields when using the JotForm Cards layout. Can you give us an overview on why you want these removed?

The asterisk symbol has been commonly known by everyone to visually imply that a field is required. This applies to all forms, even the ones created outside JotForm. Most internet users are familiar with the character as it always denotes a required field.

Removing that may lead to confusion so if you have a very specific need on why you think it's important to get it removed, please share it with us.

Please don't try to convince me that I don't want what I have already told you I want and that you have made possible in your other forms for years. That's how our forms work. We require all fields, which is considered best practice. Also, I am the customer, so there's also that.

To put it bluntly, your JotForm Cards product is NOT ready for primetime. I suggest you change your release back to a Beta release until you are ready to provide the same capabilities and customization, including CSS injection, as in your other product.

Here are screenshots of some forms that don't use asterisks to designate required field. These form are used by the companies Google, Amazon.com, and Facebook, and I tend to trust their judgement about whether removing the asterisk is a good idea.

Think you'll ever get to this? (Probably not, right? Sadly, this forum seems to be where "feature requests" go to die.)
