Also do you save form data? Is there an option for saving to a secure database? I'm wondering because I'm interested in forms for medical offices and I need to make sure they meet HIPPA requirements. Thanks

If you’re planning to save the form data to your own database on your website, then you can use the Send Post Data feature. 

 

Click Settings at the top of your form, then click Show More Options. 

 

 

Scroll down and set the Send Post Data to yes. 

 

 

Next, go to the Thank You Page under Settings and select Redirect to external link. Then you can paste the URL of your website. 

 

 

 

Since this is not a built-in feature, saving form data to your own database can be tricky as it requires a little knowledge of PHP and MySQL. Please check out this guide.
