Card form: Cloned form not retaining design

Hi,

I've cloned a form which I've spent ages designing but the cloned version isn't retaining any of the design.

The original is a card form, and the clone just displays the form as a basic long form.

I can't find the template either that I've saved on the original. The original form is called "i-maq.com 1 Hr".

I only need to change the pricing on the clone form and leave everything else exactly the same.

You need to switch your layout. In your form settings scroll down until you see "Form Layout". And change it to "One Question in One page"
