    Hi Kristy,

What you are trying to achieve is not possible. There's no way to insert image in text box field. You can however try our Free Text (HTML) field under Power tools.

If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us at anytime.

    Thank you!

I was able to do it on two occasions see screen shots

Not quite sure how I got the code but I think I used Dreamweaver, I use that a lot for constructing odd bits of code especialay mailto .... very handy!!

Here is the code for you to copy you will have to edit the bits in RED:

    <span style="color: #000000;"><img style="vertical-align: middle; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://www.jotform.com/uploads/sign_in_name(I think) /form_files/file_name_icon.jpg" alt="" width="55" height="48"></span> If the Event you have information for is not listed please contact the <a target="_blank" href="mailto:yourname@yourdomain.com">Your Name</a>

Select your files from your computer or stoage device.

If you want to select a group of files click on the first file and holding down the Shift key select the last one in the group and click on that file. If you want to select Random files hold down the Ctrl (Contol / Command) key and click individual files as required.

    See the Screen shots below.
