When you say you reached your limit did you mean with submissions or with available space?

I got an email with the following message:
You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Monday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10.00 MB of upload space.
I deleted all submissions. Will my account still be disabled?

Your account is fine now. It wasn't downgraded since you are not over 10MBs.
