Hi, How can I personalise the thank you page in a Card?

I would like to apologize, however, the feature of customizing the Thank-You page content is not available with JotForm Cards.

What you can do is redirect your respondents to your personalized web-page which will serve as your form's thank-you page.

@Mike_G, is adding this feature to Cards on the roadmap for future development? I don't know how often other users edit (or even find) their thank you pages, but it's been a useful feature for some of our forms.

    Thanks - ET

We will submit that as a feature request so hopefully, it would be considered in the future. But for clarifications, what specific customizations you want to do in the thank you message?

For now, it only needs minimal changes. You can only change the logo, add a header and sub-header text in the thank you message. It is designed this way to keep it simple and fast.

@EltonCris, the main customizations I've used on other forms are being able to add a little more text, and including links. Including links is the higher priority. For example, if responding to a form is just one step in a process that we've asked a set of volunteers to complete, it's helpful to be able to say, "Thanks for getting this done! If you still need to complete A, go to [link]; if instead you need to complete B, go to [link]. See you on [date]!"

One more example is that we have one short form that is meant to capture interest in a particular scholarship application--on the Thank you page we then have a link to the actual application form. We don't want them to get to the application form without providing their info in the first short form, so we can follow up if they haven't completed it near the deadline. We would still email the link to them, but it's helpful to include that link on the Thank you page so they can check it out immediately in browser. We could use the external URL function and punt them directly to the official application, but then there would be no acknowledgement that they've completed the first form, and that their information has been successfully captured. (I wouldn't want to add that "Thank you" to the external location eg the second form, as people may not always approach it directly from the first survey, thereby adding confusion.)

That being said, I get that may not fit into the spirit of Cards to allow for more content, and that if necessary I can utilize the external URL function or stick with the one-page form. However, I do think the ability to include working links in even the existing short space is valuable, in order to provide acknowledgement that the survey was completed while also giving them a direct link back to where you want them.

    Thanks!

Thank you for the added information.

I will forward this feature request to our developers. Once we have any updates we will notify you.

    I hope this helps.

Please note that it is now possible to insert link to Thank you page. However, I keep this ticket in opened status due to your other request about editing thank you page.

Thank you! Thanks @John_Benson for forwarding the initial information to the developers, and @Rose for letting me know that the links are now possible! I appreciate your continued follow-up to this request.
