files didn't upload to dropbox (intermitten issue)

    Tried using this for some applications that needed 5-7 documents uploaded with the form. We ended up have several incomplete applications, when the students were asked for the documents they assured me they had uploaded them and didn't get an error message. Any help with this intermittent issue? If things had worked this would have been such a time saver!

    More info-We had the link to the live form on two websites.

    what info I did receive back was that multiple browser were used

    Are you able to see the files when checking your submissions in JotForm?

    I will wait for your response while I test to reproduce the issue.

    The files did not appear in my submissions on Jotform. 

    We even had one application that didn't even create a folder in dropbox.  He appeard on the spreadsheet in Jotforms, but no folder and the documents he said he submitted weren't anywere.

    The folders on dropbox are created only when a submission is completed.  That is the way the integration behaves at this time.

    As per the incomplete transfers.  Is there a posibility that the uploading was interrupted by the user somehow?  I was testing to try to reproduce the issue but had no success.  All uploads completed correctly to jotform and also to DropBox.

    I suggest that you delete your current integration and try a fresh integration.  Please let us know if the problem persists after testing the new integration.
