    Can sensitive information be collected if a form is SSL and Encrypted?

    There is some information that's not allowed at all on JotForm, login credentials and credit card numbers are just an example. 

    Some other information may be asked, but you need to take some security measures such as the encryption option, add some sort of agreement text and a signature field so your users agree to send you such info. 

    Now, you will also need to update your email address profile with your corporate address in order to avoid suspension.
