Hi, I'm trying to change the sender email, but when I click on the Add email function, nothing happens. Can you please teach me as I have many of forms to change. Thank you, Heather

Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it:
I tested Add new email address option and it is working properly on my end. When you select this option a new field Email Type will appear.
Please try again. You can also use some other browser. If it is still not working on your end please provide us an ID of the form you are working on and tell us which option to you want to use. If possible provide us a screenshot of the issue.

It's still happening. Here is a screen shot.
I understand the instructions and I've done this before. It just seems to not be working for me now. I'm in the right spot. It just doesn't do anything when I select add new email.
I do appreciate the assistance, please let me know if you need anything else.

I am unable to replicate the issue with your form in your account.
Once you select Add new email address option you need to scroll down to see the other options.
If they are still missing, please try to use some other browser or try in incognito mode. You can also try to use some other device.
I also cleared your form cache.

Is there a maximum number of email that can be listed? If you deleted email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org, do you think that would allow me to add the email address I need to add?
I did try it on IE and got the same result. It's not being pop up blocked. I'm really trying to get this figured out!!!
