How to make forms in restore mode work again?

    I created the form on "JotForm", then I generated a QR code on "QRCODEGenerator". I copied and pasted the link, but says "Form not found"


    can you help me?

    Your account that's being inactive for a long period made your forms in restore mode (as shown in the screenshot you shared).

    I have reactivated your account and you should be able to view/access your forms again.
