    I'm trying to log into my account, and it's stating that my account is suspended. I would like to unfreeze my account.

    Upon reviewing your account a Loan Application  was found on your account suspicious of phishing activity because it is collecting bank sensitive info. Please be aware that our terms explicitly prohibit collecting account  and routing numbers.

    It is necessary that you remove the above mentioned form [or forms] from your account.

    Also, you need to comply with two things.

     1. Add Terms of use widget (for your users to read and agree). This will surely make your forms not to be considered as guilty of phishing activities

    2. Add a signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.
