Clone version has a different form layout.

    Hi,

    I am trying to create a clone of a prior evaluation and it appears different than the original--less graphics and simplified.  It looks like it lost formatting. I have tried several times and the clone is not the same as the original.

    Has something changed?  Please help.

    Simply change the form layout out to "Single question in one page" in the clone version:

    Settings>Form Settings>Shore more options>Form Layout:
