Images not loading when saving PDF.

Hello,

for the last couple of days the images in our submissions are no visible when we save the submission. I have attached a sample to show you how it looks (no images at all). Unfortunately this happens randomly, not constantly!

Any idea of what can cause this?

The screenshot you sent looks like the "Show Headers and Texts" option is unchecked:

Did you do that by any chance?

I tested and I wasn't able to replicate this issue when that option is checked.

I havent amended anything but Ill check with the rest of the team! And now I know what to check first!!
