Builder: How to change the page title

I duplicated a form / and made edits - however when I send the link it still has the old title.  how do i change that

In your form settings there are two settings:

1) Form title - name of the form

2) Page title - title of the tab/page

I see that the form title is correct. But you will need to scroll down to change the page title.
