I have not used jotform for a while and am jst about tho start using it for a few new websites.
I have jsut create d aofrm ad it is showing "form is in restore mode" looking through a few comments online, I saw it may be because the account has been deactivated?
If this is the case please could you re-activate it.

Your account is in dormant status. This happens if you do not log in to your account for a long period of time.
