Is it possible to style the rating scale so that it matches the theme on the rest of the form? Specifically I'd like to have the font of both the text and the numbers closer in size to the rest of the questions and have the radio buttons match those on the rest of the form.

It is possible to match the style of the form to the Scale Rating field using CSS codes.

Please give me some time and I'll get back to you with the necessary codes.

Please add the CSS codes in this link — https://pastebin.com/MP4crLuM to your form following this guide — How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

Here's a clone version of your form where I have also injected the codes from the link above— https://form.jotform.com/80375500267959

If you wish to inspect the form, you can create a copy of it to your account following this guide — How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

I hope this helps. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us again anytime.
