Card Forms : Zapier integration includes HTML tags on Multi-line question fields

    When integrating with zapier and connecting with other third-party zaps the results from the form includes html tags and HTML markup that makes it difficult to integrate filled with other third-party services and mapping fields. Had to result in using zapier email parser as a trigger from a jot form notification to pick out the data from the fields.

    I was able to replicate this issue when I cloned your form and did a Zapier Integration.

    Some of the fields includes a html tags.

    I will escalate this to our development team and will notify you on this thread once this issue is fixed.

    Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    The jotform results in zapier are very similar to the html code in the email notification.

    Also, please add that grouped fields in a card should result in an array with serialized objects with a key and value for each field within the group. Or ideally, eacd field should be an object regardless if fields are in a group/card.

    Example

    address: {

    street : 123 main street,

    city : Flowerville,

    state : Michigan,

    zip : 48207

    }

    I believe the HTML tags only came from Multi-line Question Properties field.

    For now it is not possible to Strip the address field by its object during mapping on Zapier.

    It is possible though to Strip it by calling their Tags like the guide from this thread https://www.jotform.com/help/92-How-to-Strip-Headers-from-Postal-Addresses-in-Email-Alerts

    Hello @myvipclubs1,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The issue has been fixed now. Your multiline fields will be shown without HTML tags on the Zapier integration.

    Thanks,
