Columns are not integrating on Google Spreadsheet

    Hi! We've had a form for a few years and all of a  sudden the "the "What are you interested in?" column is no longer integrating with google sheets. Please help! Thank you!

    It seems your Google Spreadsheet Integration was broken.

    Can you please remove your Current Spreadsheet Integration and add it again ?

    This will create a new Spreadsheet with updated columns/fields.
