Need help to show and hide field base on condition.

I have a form with Hide/Show conditions. I would like the form set that if either "Lock/Core Change - Suite" or "Key Replacement - Suite" is selected the "# of Suite Keys" & "Suite Key Code" will show, but if they aren't, selected "# of Suite Keys" & "Suite Key Code" will remain hidden. I've set the conditions multiple times, but only one or the other "Lock/Core Change - Suite" or "Key Replacement - Suite" will actually show/hide the fields. I've set the conditions multiple ways & even deleted all of the conditions, but the issue still occurs. Can someone assist? 

You can use the condition below. Instead of using the "Hide" condition, try using the "Show". Fields are already hidden by default, it will not un-hide unless the "Show" condition is met. Try that and see if that works.
